Copper Bus Bar, Extruded Insulated Rigid Busbar

Insulated busbars are widely used in EV applications. Battery busbars feature PA12 insulation with a 5000V AC withstand voltage rating. These copper busbars can be manufactured up to 3 meters in length, enabling high-precision 3D bending for complex routing requirements.

For EV battery high-voltage connection applications, this rigid busbar uses T2Y2 high-conductivity copper as the conductor material, offering excellent electrical performance and mechanical strength. PA12 engineering plastic extrusion provides seamless insulation protection with outstanding voltage resistance, thermal stability, and chemical resistance. CNC 3D bending ensures precise routing, while optional punching, tin/nickel plating improve connection reliability and corrosion resistance.
