Product Description:

Copper busbars, made of C110 copper, undergo stamping, CNC bending, finishing, and insulation processes. Finish options include bare copper, tin plating, nickel plating, and silver plating, while insulation options include PVC, PE heat shrink tubing, epoxy powder coating, and PA12. Sizes and shapes are customizable upon customer request, with assistance available for prototype design and development from our technicians. With copper bus bars, customers can eliminate wiring errors and lower assembly costs.

    not be used for special-shaped products.

  • PVC (Dipping): Withstand Voltage 3500V AC, Working Temperature -40℃

    to 125℃, Flame Retardant UL94V-0. Used for rigid & flexible busbar, and

    can be used for special-shaped products.

  • Epoxy Powder Coating : Withstand Voltage 5000V AC, Working Temperature

    -40℃ to 150℃, Flame Retardant UL94V-0. Used for solid busbar.

  • PVC (Extruded): Withstand Voltage 3500V AC, Working Temperature -40℃

    to 125℃, Flame Retardant UL94V-0. Used for flexible busbar.

  • PA12 (Extruded): Withstand Voltage 5000V AC, Working Temperature -40℃

    to 150℃, Flame Retardant UL94V-0. Used for rigid busbar.

  • PET: Withstand Voltage 5000V AC, Working Temperature -40℃

    to 125℃, Flame Retardant UL94V-0. Used for rigid busbar.
