Tinned Copper Busbar for Power Connection

Copper busbars, customizable in various shapes and sizes, are extensively used in converters, inverters, and similar devices. Battery busbars go through processes such as stamping, CNC bending, finishing, and insulation.

  • Material: 99.9% T2 Copper
  • Edge Type: round, square
  • Plating: Tin, nickle, sliver
  • Size: Customized

Product Description:

Rigid busbars can be classified into stamped hard busbars, 3D hard busbars, and 3D extruded hard busbars. The main conductor materials are copper or aluminum, while insulation materials include PE, PVC, and PI.

Bus Bar Performance:

Electrical busbars offer excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, high mechanical strength, and stability. This ensures long-term resistance to deformation and breakage.
