The surface of the electric busbar is coated with epoxy resin (EP) insulation layer, significantly enhancing insulation performance and preventing accidental short circuits.

With 97 percent IACS or higher conductivity and a temperature resistance range from -50 to 125 degrees Celsius, these copper busbars provide reliable high current transmission from 125A to 1600A for EV batteries, ESS, and power distribution systems.

Flexible busbars are made from copper foil with thicknesses ranging from 0.1 to 1mm.
