EV battery packs need a conductive link between cells, modules, and the pack terminals. RHI supplies flexible copper busbars, aluminum busbars for cell contact systems, and insulated connectors for that path.
The parts are bent, punched, welded, and insulated in Yueqing. Insulation listed on the current catalog includes heat-shrink sleeve and PA12 extrusion. Plating options published for these busbars include tin and nickel.
