Our Team

The core team works on busbars and conductive parts for new-energy programs. Engineering, quality, and supply chain sit on the same project line, with experience on overseas tier programs in automotive, energy storage, and hydrogen.

Each program has project, structural, process, and quality engineers, plus a dedicated overseas commercial contact. One owner stays with it from DFM and the first samples, through the pilot build, to volume.

The team joins the early design review and turns a sample assessment around with the customer, so the drawing and the process move together.

Our Scale

Production is in Wenzhou and Wuhan. Stamping, bending, dipping, laser welding, surface treatment, and assembly stay inside the plants, so a drawing is not handed through a chain of outside shops.

Capacity is arranged as equipment groups and line layout. The same lines take a small sample lot and a stable volume order.

Material turnover and the production schedule run in ERP and MES. A lot can be followed from incoming material to shipment.

Our Facilities

Forming stays in-house: stamping lines, 3D bending, laser welding, fluidized-bed dipping, cutting, and surface treatment. Riveting, and the lamination, machining, and plating used on rack and flexible busbars, are done in the plants as well.

Checks include resistance, temperature rise, hipot and insulation, vision measurement, and salt spray. Equipment is tied into MES, so the step, the data, and the lot stay together.

The same lines build copper busbars, aluminum busbars, flexible busbars, and other conductive connectors.

Our R&D

Engineering reviews the drawing for DFM, then works the structure, the current path, and the temperature rise. Fixtures are built with the part, and the sample is made in-house.

Validation covers type tests, reliability tests, and process work on dipping and insulation. Drawings are kept under version control, and a confidential program stays inside the project group.

Sample timing follows the customer’s build gates, from the first review to the lot that goes to volume.

Our Quality System

The quality system is built for automotive customers who require IATF 16949, process control, and traceability back to the lot. A UL material or insulation note on the drawing is carried in the same control plan.

Each lot is built and checked under IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Inspection runs from incoming material, through the process, to the final check. A nonconforming part is held, marked, and dispositioned before it moves on.

Process data stays with the lot for a later capability review. Internal audits follow the same flow.
