Flexible insulated busbars feature laminated electrolytic copper conductors, tin or nickel plated surfaces, and EVA heat shrink insulation. With 97 percent IACS or higher conductivity and a temperature resistance range from -50 to 125 degrees Celsius, these copper busbars provide reliable high current transmission from 125A to 1600A for EV batteries, ESS, and power distribution systems.
Flexible busbars, made from thin copper or aluminum foil layers, offer excellent conductivity and flexibility. Their insulation improves heat dissipation, reduces vibration, and saves space.
