The main materials for rigid busbars are copper or aluminum, while insulation materials mainly include PE/PVC/PI, etc. Rigid copper busbars exhibit excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, higher mechanical strength, stability, and are resistant to deformation or breakage even after prolonged use.

With 97 percent IACS or higher conductivity and a temperature resistance range from -50 to 125 degrees Celsius, these copper busbars provide reliable high current transmission from 125A to 1600A for EV batteries, ESS, and power distribution systems.

Flexible busbars are made from copper foil with thicknesses ranging from 0.1 to 1mm. Produced through welding, stamping, plating (tin or nickel), forming, and insulation (PVC dipping or PE heat shrink tubing), they offer excellent conductivity, flexibility, easy installation, and space-saving design.
