Manufactured from high conductivity, low creep semi hard copper with a tin plated finish, these copper busbars offer excellent conductivity, corrosion resistance and solderability. Precision stamping, 3D bending, punching and automated processing ensure accurate fitment, efficient installation and consistent quality. Designed for long term durability and reliable performance under demanding conditions, these custom busbars are widely used in EV batteries, energy storage systems, cell interconnections, charging infrastructure and power distribution equipment.

  • PVC (Dipping): Withstand Voltage 3500V AC, Working Temperature -40℃

    to 125℃, Flame Retardant UL94V-0. Used for rigid & flexible busbar, and

    can be used for special-shaped products.

  • Epoxy Powder Coating: Withstand Voltage 5000V AC, Working Temperature

    -40℃ to 150℃, Flame Retardant UL94V-0. Used for rigid busbar.

  • PVC (Extruded): Withstand Voltage 3500V AC, Working Temperature -40℃

    to 125℃, Flame Retardant UL94V-0. Used for flexible busbar.

  • PA12 (Extruded): Withstand Voltage 5000V AC, Working Temperature -40℃

    to 150℃, Flame Retardant UL94V-0. Used for rigid busbar.

  • PET: Withstand Voltage 5000V AC, Working Temperature -40℃

    to 125℃, Flame Retardant UL94V-0. Used for rigid busbar.

Packing:Blister and wooden box packing to avoild bus bar broken or deformed.
