Copper Busbar for High Voltage Application

Rigid busbars are copper busbar products made through extrusion, known for their insulation and abrasion resistance. Battery busbars are commonly used in high-voltage power connections for electric vehicles, transformers, and communication base stations.

  • Material: 99.9% T2 Copper
  • Edge Type: Full round edge, round corner, square corner
  • Plating: Tin plating, nickle plating, sliver plating
  • Size: Customized

Product Description:

Extruded rigid busbars are mainly produced as PA12 extruded copper busbars and PVC extruded copper busbars. These busbars undergo processes such as extrusion and laser stripping. They feature insulation and corrosion resistance, along with excellent shock and impact resistance. With multidimensional shaping, these battery bus bars significantly save installation space and time.

Bus Bar Performance:

Conductivity: 57%

Tension strength: ≥500N

Insulation flame retardant: UL94V-0

Insulation temperature resistance: -45℃ to 150℃

Resistance to corrosion:It can pass 240H salt spray test in neutral environment.

Temperature rise: Depends on cross section area. RHI can provide temperature rise reports for all products.
