Forklift batteries and other moving platforms need a joint that can follow the pack. A rigid bar would load the terminals every time the battery shifts. RHI flexible copper busbars are shaped for that movement.
The forklift busbar on the current catalog uses T2 copper or 1060 aluminum, with tin or nickel plating, and EVA or PE insulation. Minimum order is 100 pieces, and the size is made to the drawing.
