Copper Bus Bars For Electrical Energy Storage

Constructed from copper C110, copper busbars undergo stamping, CNC bending, finish treatment, and insulation. Finish options range from bare copper to tin, nickel, or silver plating, while insulation includes PVC, PE heat shrink tubing, epoxy powder coating, or PA12. Electric busbars are widely used in energy storage systems, charging stations, electric forklifts, and electric vehicle battery packs.

Product Description:

The main materials for rigid busbars are copper or aluminum, while insulation materials mainly include PE/PVC/PI, etc. Rigid copper busbars exhibit excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, higher mechanical strength, stability, and are resistant to deformation or breakage even after prolonged use.

Resistance to corrosion:It can pass 240H salt spray test in neutral environment.

  • PE : Withstand Voltage 2700V AC, Working Temperature -40℃ to 125℃,

    Flame Retardant UL224 VW-1. Used for solid&flexible busbar, but it can

    not be used for special-shaped products.

  • PVC (Dipping): Withstand Voltage 3500V AC, Working Temperature -40℃

    to 125℃, Flame Retardant  UL94V-0. Used for rigid & flexible busbar, and

    can be used for special-shaped products.

  • Epoxy Powder Coating : Withstand Voltage 5000V AC, Working Temperature

    -40℃ to 150℃, Flame Retardant UL94V-0. Used for solid busbar.

  • PVC (Extruded): Withstand Voltage 3500V AC, Working Temperature -40℃

    to 125℃, Flame Retardant UL94V-0. Used for flexible busbar.

  • PA12 (Extruded): Withstand Voltage 5000V AC, Working Temperature -40℃

    to 150℃, Flame Retardant UL94V-0. Used for solid busbar.

  • PET: Withstand Voltage 5000V AC, Working Temperature -40℃

    to 125℃, Flame Retardant UL94V-0. Used for solid busbar.

Finish:Tin plating, nickel plating, silver plating or customized.
Packing:Blister and wooden box packing to avoild bus bar broken or deformed.
